I was fascinated by Sri Lankan curioes / antiques, and 20 years passed in no time.
The inside of the house became full of an antique,
and a complaint came to be given by my family at last.
During 19 years, there are 13 wardrobes , 4 tables , nine boxes , ten western lamps ,
ceramics 200 dishes and I have more than 55 chairs too.
The materials come by appearance from an ebony and an obstinate, heavy tamarind entirely.
Many carpenters don't like to cut and plane an ebony and a tamarind..
I am not able to count the brass items because they are innumerables.
That's why I sell them.
Come to the the mes by way of a trip by all means.
It was made of very hard and heavy traditional wood of this country called a tamarind like an ebony. |
Some figurehead of the European lamps and Chinas. |
|
A back right end is the serious beautiful dressing table made of an ebony. a left end wardrobe has only in my house and at the SRI LANKA MUSEUM. They are rare ones articles.
